Pickleball Fest 2024 – It’s a Wrap
Our Club’s 2024 Pickleball Fest finished up on Sunday, September 8th, after 3 days of play and was our most successful tournament to-date. This year’s signature event raised $34,000, with $32,000 earmarked in support of local youth programs.KOBI-TV stopped by and spoke to players and organizers on Friday, opening day, and did a great 3-minute segment on this year’s tourney. Our 2024 pickleball tournament attracted 182 players, ranging in age from 11 – 84. The tournament brought many players from out-of-state including California and Nevada. Klamath Falls was also very well represented in the tournament bringing out a great group of players and spectators. We estimate between 350 – 400 people attended the event as either players, spectators and/or volunteers.
