Blood Drive held at new location – St. Mark’s Church

Seventeen donors donated blood this past Monday, July 14th at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church.

Summer months in particular experience a critical need for blood donations due to a significant decrease in donations coinciding with an increase in accidents and traumas. This reduction is primarily driven by schools being out of session, which reduces high school and college blood drives, and regular donors taking vacations, disrupting their donation routines.

Thank you to everyone who came out and donated.
