The Service Project Assessment Committee, led by chair Tim Chesley, helps our club figure out where we can do the most good. This crew looks at what our community needs, what projects are already working well, and what new opportunities might be on the horizon. They gather ideas from members, look at the big picture, and help guide the board on where our energy and resources should go.

Create a simple strategy and policy that explains how the committee reviews projects, what criteria to use when evaluating them, how members can be involved, and how updates get shared with the board.

This committee makes sure our service projects are thoughtful, targeted, and rooted in what our community actually needs. It is an important part of keeping our club focused, effective, and ready to jump in where we can make the biggest difference.
