Dec 11th Meeting- Rogue Disposals Bike Build Program

Yesterday, we learned how Rogue Disposal has carried forward a tradition that began in 2001 with Waste Connections employees building just 16 bikes for local kids. The program has grown into a full community effort, powered by employees, vendors, volunteers, and now WCN Cares, which matches employee donations through its 501(c)(3).
In 2024, Rogue Disposal hosted its first Bike Build at the Transfer Station and delivered more than 60 bikes, complete with helmets, to CASA, ACCESS, and the Family Nurturing Center. The momentum is only growing.
