New Member Monday! Welcome Jaymes

We are excited to welcome Jaymes Tadlock to Medford Rogue Rotary!

Jaymes currently serves as Director of Community Development for Jackson County with Evergreen Federal Bank, where he focuses on strengthening partnerships and advancing economic opportunity throughout our region. Prior to Evergreen, he was a Business Development Manager for SOREDI, helping drive business recruitment and regional growth.

His career also includes service with the State of Oregon Employment Department and roles within Jackson County Mental Health and Corrections. Add in a strong background in banking and you have someone who understands workforce, finance, and community systems from every angle.

Jaymes earned his Bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University and his MBA from Southern Oregon University. He has spent eight years supporting the Ashland Food Project, helping collect green bags to fight food insecurity, and currently serves on the board of Southern Oregon Goodwill.

Jaymes has a strong interest in advancing healthcare access, workforce development, and education across Southern Oregon. His professional experience and regional perspective align beautifully with Rotary’s commitment to strengthening local communities.
