We are excited to welcome Executive Director Cass Sinclair and Director of Development Haylie Courtney to the Medford Rogue Rotary family.

Together, they bring decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, community engagement, education, and public service. Through the RCC Foundation, they are helping remove barriers to higher education by providing scholarships, emergency assistance, and opportunities that empower students to achieve their goals.

Beyond their impressive professional backgrounds, Cass and Haylie are passionate about family, community, and making a lasting impact, values that align perfectly with Rotary’s commitment to Service Above Self.
