Children’s Festival volunteer opportunity

We’re seeking enthusiastic Rotary volunteers to help with the Set-Up and Take-Down for the Children’s Festival 2026! Medford Rogue Rotary’s partnership with the Storytelling Guild/Children’s Festival is a long-standing tradition. Last year, 24 MRR Rotarians, along with an additional nine friends and family, participated. Many volunteers helped with both set-up and take-down.

Set-up Crew: Saturday, July 11th, from 7:00 am until noon. Provisions: Water and all necessary tools will be provided

Take-down Crew: Monday, July 13th, from 3:00 pm until about 5:00 pm. Provisions: pizza and beer
