Spring is just around the corner and everything is blooming. Scripps had some valuable tips for wellness in the spring. Here’s a partial list and I hope you can incorporate some of them in the next couple of months.
- Schedule some time to enjoy spring and all the new flowers
- Incorporate fresh fruit and vegetables available in your diet
- Stay well hydrated
- Take advantage of the change in weather with long walks and other exercise
- Protect your skin while taking advantage of the better weather
