Spring is just around the corner and everything is blooming.  Scripps had some valuable tips for wellness in the spring.  Here’s a partial list and I hope you can incorporate some of them in the next couple of months.

  1. Schedule some time to enjoy spring and all the new flowers
  2. Incorporate fresh fruit and vegetables available in your diet
  3. Stay well hydrated
  4. Take advantage of the change in weather with long walks and other exercise
  5. Protect your skin while taking advantage of the better weather
