Dry air in the winter can cause respiratory problems.  With all the new viruses circulating our nasal health is very important.  To neutralize the dry winter air, add a humidifier to your living space.  Skin can become dry during the winter. To help with the problem, take shorter showers with warm water. Also, applying a natural moisturizer (like coconut oil) after showing will help add moisture back to the skin. Hopefully the suggestions offer some relief for the winter dry air.
