Jan 28th -Club Networking and Monthly Board Updates

Club Business & Board Updates

This week’s meeting included several important club updates focused on membership growth, service impact, and upcoming events.

Membership & Engagement
The club introduced the new “In the Bag” guest program, designed to encourage members to invite prospective Rotarians to meetings. Each adult guest and their sponsoring Rotarian will be entered into a monthly drawing, with prizes awarded at the first meeting of each month. The goal is for at least 75 percent of members to bring a guest over time, strengthening recruitment and visibility.

Strong momentum, clear priorities, and plenty of opportunities for members to get involved.

There was also a wonderful, yearly favorite networking opportunity at your table. If you weren’t able to attend, let us know in the comments an answer about you for one of the questions:

  • If you were going to college in the fall, what would you study and why?
  • Given the choice of anyone in the world, whom would you want as a dinner guest?
  • What is your favorite place you’ve traveled to?
  • If you could wake up tomorrow having gained any one quality or ability, what would it be?
