🔹 Board Meeting Update – March 2026

Your Rotary Board has been hard at work planning ahead and strengthening the impact of our club.

Here are a few key highlights from last month’s meeting:

• Budget & Dues Review – The Board completed a first pass on the 2026–2027 budget and dues structure, ensuring alignment with our goals and long-term sustainability.

• Service Projects Pipeline – The Service Project Assessment Committee is finalizing recommendations for next year’s projects, with a full presentation coming in April.

• Community Impact Investment – A recommendation was made to the Foundation to allocate $5,000 in support of the 2026 Winter in Candyland event in partnership with the Family Nurturing Center.

• Signature Event Momentum – The Pickleball Committee shared updates as planning continues for another successful and high-impact event.

• Leadership & Continuity – The Board engaged in a thoughtful discussion around succession planning to ensure strong leadership for the future of the club.
