Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the Children’s Museum
Wednesday, July 15th, nineteen Rotarians from the Medford Rogue Rotary club joined the amazing team at the Children’s Museum of Southern Oregon and celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony for a new “Off-Road Adventure” exhibit. This interactive, mini-Bronco exhibit, sponsored by our club, sits at the entrance to the grand hall. The exhibit is based on a search and rescue vehicle and comes complete with kid-sized jumpsuits, binoculars and stuffed animals to be rescued. The exhibit is designed to inspire adventure and imaginative hands-on play and to engage kids to play together.
Our club became aware of this project about 18 months ago and connected with Executive Director Sunny Spicer and expressed our desire to help sponsor the project.
