60th Annual Children’s Festival
It was great to see Rosabelle and Pebbles again at the 60th Annual Children’s Festival in Jacksonville last weekend. The Medford Rogue Rotary has partnered with the Storytelling Guild of Southern Oregon for over 40 years assisting with set-up and tear down for this innovative 3-day event at the Britt Gardens. There were over 35 interactive booths this year where kids could participate in hands-on activities like gold panning, tie-dye, and carpentry..
Huge shout out to Andy Batzer and Ian Foster for herding 23 Rotarians, along with 6 friends and family members, to set-up tents, assemble castles, build mazes, displays and ticket booths on Saturday morning and then assist with teardown on Monday afternoon. A great Medford Rogue Rotary tradition of both service and fellowship.
