Access Rogue Powerpack Kickoff
Approximately twenty volunteers showed up Friday morning, September 29, to kick off the ACCESS Rogue Powerpack program and filled about 500 packs for students. An efficient assembly line including six Medford Rogue Rotarians did a great job launching the program for this new school year.The ACCESS Rogue Powerpack Program provides bags of nutritious, child-friendly food to elementary school children who are receiving free breakfast or lunch at school during the week, but may lack adequate food at home over the weekend.
Thanks to all of the folks who helped. More opportunities to assist with the program will be scheduled soon so if you are interested, we’d love to see you there.
